The Vertys Mineral Composite is part of a new generation of composites in which a series of characteristics are combined that make this material have extraordinary chemical / physical characteristics. Universal, innovative, suitable for any type of processing, able to absorb the loads due to chewing, especially in those with implant support.
The Vertys Mineral line was born from the need to have a new generation composite with unique characteristics. The newly developed matrix based on Urethane Dimethacrylate has been studied with the precise aim of obtaining a highly performing material.
In addition, Vertys Mineral Composites are distinguished by their greater plasticity than other composites, excellent workability, abrasion resistance and structural rigidity compatible with the new FRC materials on the market today.
Translucent materials, with their characteristics that mimic the natural tooth, allow for aesthetic restorations that are perfectly integrated in all light conditions.
Main features Composite Vertys Mineral
To make the use of this new composite simple and intuitive, a system has been developed which, with the use of a few masses combined with each other, allows the technician to obtain structures with an aesthetic comparable to that of natural teeth. Colors faithful to the VITA * scale, this feature makes VERTYS MINERAL easy to use, the final result always reflects the chosen color.

Universal opaque: 4 Light – Medium – Dark – Pink paste opaques to be used with all the colors of the Vita scale, they have an excellent hiding power. A small amount of opaque is enough to mask any type of structure.
Dentine: a dedicated dentin is available for each color, the natural effect of dentin is surprising, soft, easy to adapt and model, it is the ideal material for obtaining perfect teeth. Flow is also injectable.
Glazes: the naturalness of glazes is one of the strengths of the new Vertys Mineral system. Flow is also injectable.

Super flow colors: brown – dark brown – white – yellow – light blue – orange Liquid Intensive: ocher – brown – white – blue – orange – pink
Translucent: 4 masses that allow the creation of anterior products of the highest aesthetic level. We have also made a Translucent “glass” to be used pure or mixed with other masses.
Opalescent: 4 colored opalescent masses to increase the possibility of characterization.
Gingiva: 5 Pink masses for creating the gingiva in the prosthesis on flow and paste implants.
Bond Liquid: Bond Liquid is used for adhesion with structures made of Carbon Fiber / Glass Fiber / Quartz Fiber, composite and special polymers.
Glaze Liquid: Glaze Liquid is used for polishing and surface sealing of structures made of Composite Fiber or Acrylic Resin;
Model Liquid: Liquid that facilitates the modeling of the composite in paste, if the layering technique with spatulas and brushes is used.

Technical Info and Processing
Vertys Mineral OPAK: For greater coverage, always apply two coats of opaque. The second coat must be applied only after having photo-cured the first. Make sure that the substructure is perfectly clean and degreased. Vertys Mineral Opak combined with Vertys Mineral Bond forms a perfect adhesive bond with all materials. Our Photo Curing Opaques are available in four colors: Light – Medium – Dark – Pink Photopolymerization: Moon Light is a LED photopolymerizer with a frequency range from 370 to 490 nm, ideal for both paste and flow composites and for all materials for 3D printing.
The pink gum masses:
They have been designed and created taking the colors of the natural gum as an example and allow the reproduction of gingival portions. Much attention has been given to the chromatic transition between white and pink aesthetics. There are 3 Flow and 2 Pastes with shades of pink. The colors can be used pure or mixed together to obtain any shade. The material has an optimal fluidity to facilitate drafting in thin spaces.

Final restoration Finishing and Polishing: Thanks to its excellent characteristics, Vertys Mineral has a very high resistance to plaque. The particular structure and the content of micro-fillers ensure a smooth, compact and shiny surface.
